Please note that for food safety reasons, products with broken seals or perishable items cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at Crevel Europe GmbH via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened candy products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring you include the invoice or order confirmation.
Ship to Crevel Europe
Affix the return shipping label and send the package to our logistics center in Germany; we recommend using a tracked service as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
